This website is operated by Decadence Gifts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Decadence Gifts.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with us. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this website

PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and in GBP (£).

PLACING YOUR ORDER

To place an order with Decadence Gifts, you will need to add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. Once you have finished, you then need to go to the checkout. From here you can review your order and total price of the order. You will be asked if you would like complimentary wrapping with your order or a hand written note where applicable. You then need to pay for your order. We offer PAYPAL as our payment gateway. (Please see PAYPALS T&Cs for more information).

Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, as it allows you to enter your credit or debit card details without an account login.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any queries you have regarding your order.

STOCK

Although we try hard to ensure our stock levels are always up-to-date, sometimes we may have missed something. If you have ordered something that is out of stock at the moment. We will inform you as soon as possible when this happens and offer you a refund or alternative.

Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal as explained in the PLACING YOUR ORDER section. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their PayPal account shows the correct, current address. No refunds will be given for items sent to an old/incorrect address.

Cancellations

We are happy to cancel and refund your order at any time providing it has not yet been shipped. If you decide you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped please refer to the refund section for information on how to return you item for a refund.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, however, this can increase during busy periods and holidays. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail. Please view Royal Mail terms and conditions for delivery times .If you are in need of your gift urgently please inform us by email and we can arrange a specific delivery option suitable to you - there will be an extra charge for this.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns of non personalised items are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent.

Personalised items are non refundable we ask that you check your wording before checkout as any mistakes once processed and made cannot be changed.

A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items and paid via PayPal. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds will not include the original postage costs unless the items received were faulty.

If you receive a faulty item we request that a photo is sent of the item exactly as it arrived. The item must then be returned in the exact condition that it arrived in along with it's original packaging, items that have been tampered with or attempted to be repaired will not be eligible for a refund. Once we have received the item back we will refund the cost of the item, the original postage cost and the return postage cost.

Although we try our best to upload the most accurate shots of our products actual printed colour may differ slightly from colours on screen due to different screen resolutions.
